Return Policy
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. should you wish to exchange or return and obtain a refund for your purchased product within 7days calendar days after delivery has taken place, you will be obliged to cover the shipping costs back to Sugar apple. Sugar apple will happily credit you for the cost of the product (excluding the cost of shipping the returning goods to our warehouse, banking fees, and packaging).
If 7 calendar days have gone by since your receipt of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, in any case, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during courier transit. If you have discarded the packaging it is your responsibility to repackage the items in packaging that is the same as what it was delivered to you in. Damages that occur as a result of absent or insufficient packaging protection will carry additional charges that the customer will be liable for at Sugar apple’s discretion.
We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds for goods purchased during a sale.
Cooling off period – You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and request an immediate refund. No additional charges will be levied against you.
Regrettably, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for pre-orders, or custom orders.
